BE ALL THAT YOU CAN BE
Ever feel like you've been fucked by the U.S government? No? Fear not, now you can be. It turns out that the four branches of the Armed Services have been recruiting convicted sex offenders and deploying them overseas. Apparently it's not a secret either. On one of the sex offender registry websites, there's a picture of an offender, in full military uniform, with the caption "deployed to Kuwait" underneath it.
You could build a nice little recruiting program out of this. The posters alone would be fantastic. "There are only 150 million women to rape in the U.S and 2 and a half billion everywhere else" and "Foreign kids are easy and we provide the candy bars. Be all that you can be." Incentive programs could be "kids like shiny objects...Like a Siver Star."
