PAPA'S GOT A BRAND NEW BAG
The charge: Domestic violence or, as I like to call it, wife beating. I'm old fashioned that way.
Mitigating factor #1: He's the Godfather of Soul
Mitigating factor #2:: He feels good. He knew that he would.
Mitigating factor #3: They may not even be married.
Mitigating factor #4: James Brown is 33 years older than his wife (?) How much damage can reasonably be expected to inflict?
